Clinical Effectiveness

In pivotal clinical trials, ONGENTYS 50 mg demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in mean daily "OFF" time compared to placebo. This reduction was approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Concurrently, it increased "ON" time without troublesome dyskinesia. These results confirm its efficacy as an adjunctive therapy for improving motor fluctuations in patients with Parkinson's disease.
