How well does Tysabri(Natalizumab) work?

Natalizumab can significantly reduce the risk of disability progression and annual relapse rate in patients with multiple sclerosis, and induce and maintain clinical response and remission in patients with Crohn's disease. Its efficacy is more pronounced in patients who are negative for antidrug antibodies.

Natalizumab(Tysabri)

It is indicated for the monotherapy of relapsing multiple sclerosis in adults, as well as the induction and maintenance treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease.
