How well does Zoloft(Sertralina) work?
To compare the clinical efficacy of sertraline and paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), 66 patients with GAD were selected as the research subjects. The control group was administered paroxetine, while the observation group was given sertraline.
The results showed that the total effective rate of the control group was 75.75%, which was lower than 90.90% in the observation group; the incidence of adverse reactions was 24.24%, higher than 9.09% in the observation group.
Conclusion: Sertraline shows significant efficacy and a higher safety coefficient in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, making it worthy of clinical promotion.
