Patients with CD

Concomitant use with immunosuppressants (e.g., 6-mercaptopurine, azathioprine, cyclosporine, methotrexate) or TNF-α inhibitors is not allowed.

Patients with MS

Concomitant use with immunosuppressants or immunomodulators is generally not recommended.

Corticosteroids should be tapered off as soon as possible in patients with CD.
