DAURISMO carries a Boxed Warning for embryo-fetal toxicity, which can result in severe birth defects or death. Pregnancy testing and highly effective contraception are mandatory for patients of reproductive potential. Other key precautions include the risk of QTc prolongation, requiring ECG and electrolyte monitoring, and the potential for musculoskeletal adverse reactions, necessitating assessment of CPK levels.
