Prior to initiating NEMLUVIO treatment, it is crucial to complete all age-appropriate vaccinations as recommended by immunization guidelines. The use of live vaccines is contraindicated during treatment. 

Caution should be exercised due to the potential for hypersensitivity reactions, including severe manifestations such as facial angioedema. If significant hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue the drug immediately.
