Pomalidomide is a thalidomide analog developed by Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Indications of Pomalidomide
Multiple Myeloma (MM)
(1) Pomalidomide in combination with dexamethasone is suitable for the treatment of adult patients.
(2) For patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior treatments (including lenalidomide and proteasome inhibitors) and have experienced disease progression during or within 60 days after the last treatment.
Kaposi's Sarcoma (KS)
(1) For AIDS - related Kaposi's sarcoma in HIV - positive adult patients (after HAART treatment failure).
(2) For Kaposi's sarcoma in HIV - negative adult patients.

(1) 1mg capsule: Dark blue opaque cap and yellow opaque body, with "POML" printed in white on the cap and "1mg" printed in black on the body.

(3) 3mg capsule: Dark blue opaque cap and green opaque body, with "POML" and "3mg" printed in white on the cap and body.

Ingredient Composition
(1) The active ingredient is pomalidomide hemihydrate, and the excipients include mannitol, pre - gelatinized starch, and sodium stearyl fumarate.
(2) The capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, and the corresponding colorants.
Storage Method of Pomalidomide
Storage Conditions
(1) It should be stored at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
(2) Short - term storage at 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F) is allowed.
(3) It should be stored away from light and the container should be kept closed.
Special Operation Requirements
