ExtraSuperTadarise is a combination preparation, whose main ingredients include Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. It is used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).
How to Use ExtraSuperTadarise
Routine Dosage and Administration
Recommended dose: Usually 1 tablet taken orally daily; the dose is adjusted according to individual response. A common specification contains 20 mg Tadalafil + 60 mg Dapoxetine.
Dosage form and strength: Film-coated tablets, which must be swallowed whole and should not be broken or chewed.
Administration requirements: It is recommended to take the medication 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, either with food or on an empty stomach.
Pre-Treatment Evaluation
Cardiovascular assessment: Ensure there is no risk of severe heart disease or hypotension.
Drug interaction check: Avoid concurrent use with nitrate medications or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Medication Precautions
Need for sexual stimulation: Sexual stimulation is required to trigger the drug’s effect.
Effect of food: A high-fat diet may delay the absorption of Dapoxetine but does not affect the efficacy of Tadalafil.
Precautions for ExtraSuperTadarise Administration
Contraindications
Nitrate medications: Concurrent use with any form of nitrates is strictly prohibited, as it may lead to severe hypotension.
Severe cardiovascular diseases: Such as recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, etc.
Adverse Reactions Requiring Vigilance
Cardiovascular events: Symptoms such as chest pain and palpitations require immediate medical attention.
Neurological symptoms: Dapoxetine may cause dizziness or syncope; avoid driving or operating machinery.
Patients with Hepatic Impairment
Mild to moderate hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment is needed, but close monitoring is required.
Severe hepatic impairment: Avoid use, as there is insufficient data on safety and efficacy.
Patients with Renal Impairment
Moderate renal impairment: The maximum dose should not exceed 10 mg Tadalafil, with administration interval of 48 hours.
Severe renal impairment or dialysis patients: Use is prohibited.
Elderly Patients (≥ 65 Years Old)
Caution is required; the initial dose is recommended to be halved, and blood pressure and heart rate should be monitored.
Patients on Concomitant Medications
CYP3A4 inhibitors: For example, ketoconazole and ritonavir. The dose needs to be limited to 10 mg Tadalafil, with administration no more than once every 72 hours.
