Main Indications
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: Suitable for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have not achieved adequate results after treatment with dietary therapy and exercise therapy. It should be noted that this medication is only applicable to patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and is not suitable for patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Chronic Kidney Disease: Suitable for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic kidney disease, excluding those with end-stage renal failure or undergoing dialysis treatment.
Precautions for Use
This medication should be considered for use only when the effects of basic diabetes treatment (dietary therapy and exercise therapy) are still unsatisfactory after full implementation.
For patients with complicated chronic kidney disease, initiation of new treatment should not be started when the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is below 30 mL/min/1.73m².
Blood glucose and renal function should be monitored regularly during the treatment process.

Special Precautions
