ExtraSuperTadarise is a combined preparation, with Tadalafil and Dapoxetine as its main active ingredients. It is used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).
How to Use ExtraSuperTadarise
Recommended Dosage Regimen
The standard recommended dosage of ExtraSuperTadarise is one tablet per day.
This medication should be taken approximately 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity, and can be administered either on an empty stomach or with food.
The tablet should be swallowed whole; chewing or crushing it is not recommended.
Dosage Adjustment of ExtraSuperTadarise
Adjustment Based on Efficacy and Tolerability
The initial recommended dosage is one tablet per day (typically containing 100mg Tadalafil + 60mg Dapoxetine).
Depending on individual response, the dosage can be adjusted to half a tablet or increased to a maximum of one and a half tablets per day.
The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 1.5 tablets.
Dosage adjustments must be made under the guidance of a doctor, with an interval of at least one week between each adjustment.
Dosage Adjustment Related to Adverse Reactions
If common adverse reactions (such as headache or indigestion) occur, consider reducing the dosage.
In case of severe adverse reactions—such as persistent erection (lasting more than 4 hours) or severe allergic reactions—discontinue the medication immediately and seek medical attention.
For patients with moderate renal impairment, the maximum dosage is limited to one tablet per day.
Patients with severe renal impairment should avoid using ExtraSuperTadarise.
Precautions for ExtraSuperTadarise Use in Special Populations
Patients with Renal Impairment
Patients with mild renal impairment (creatinine clearance 51–80 mL/min) do not require dosage adjustment.
For patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 31–50 mL/min), the maximum daily dosage should not exceed one tablet.
Use of ExtraSuperTadarise is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 30 mL/min) or those requiring dialysis.
Patients with Hepatic Impairment
Patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment should use ExtraSuperTadarise with caution, and the maximum daily dosage should not exceed one tablet.
The medication is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
Elderly Patients
Elderly patients aged 65 years and above do not require dosage adjustment for ExtraSuperTadarise. However, as they may be more sensitive to the medication, treatment should start with a lower dosage, and close monitoring for adverse reactions is recommended.
Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases
Patients with a recent history (within 6 months) of myocardial infarction, stroke, or unstable angina should not use ExtraSuperTadarise.
Concomitant use of ExtraSuperTadarise with any form of nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin) is absolutely contraindicated, as this may lead to life-threatening hypotension.
