Who can use Rukobia(Fostemsavir)?

It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with extensive treatment experience who are infected with multi-drug resistant HIV-1. These patients have had their current antiretroviral therapy regimens fail due to drug resistance, intolerance, or safety issues.
