Indications
HYZAAR is indicated for:
Management of hypertension to lower blood pressure and reduce cardiovascular risk.
Reduction of stroke risk in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, though this benefit has not been demonstrated in Black patients.

50mg/12.5mg * 28 Tablets/Box
Dosage and Administration
Hypertension: Initiate with 50/12.5 mg once daily. Titrate to a maximum of 100/25 mg based on response.
Hypertension with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy: Begin with 50/12.5 mg if monotherapy is insufficient. Titrate up to 100/25 mg as needed.
Dose adjustments should be made at approximately 3-week intervals.
