Used in women undergoing ART treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) to supplement progesterone and maintain early pregnancy.

Indicated for persistent mood disorders caused by hormonal fluctuations after childbirth.

1. Route of administration

1.1 Vaginal administration: suitable for patients treated with ART, vaginal infections, or painful urination (e.g., cystitis).

1.2 Rectal administration: suitable for colitis, fecal incontinence, or postpartum patients.

2. Dosage regimen

2.1 ART treatment:400 mg/time, 2 times a day, starting on the day of ovulation and continuing until 38 days after pregnancy is confirmed.

2.2 PMS or postpartum depression:200 mg or 400 mg/time, 2 times a day, starting on the 12th-14th day of the menstrual cycle (the first day of menstruation is the first day).

3. Steps

3.1 Clean your hands before taking medication;

3.2 Vaginal administration: supine or squatting position, pushing the suppository deep into the vagina;

3.3 Rectal administration: Lie on your side, insert the suppository about 5cm into the anus and clamp the buttocks for a few seconds.

Note: Avoid use in combination with other vaginal preparations; Missed doses should be given as soon as possible, but should not be compensated for by double doses.
