Recommended Dosage and Administration

The standard dosage of IDHIFA is 100 mg taken orally once daily, with or without food. Treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs, with a minimum treatment duration of 6 months to allow for clinical response. Tablets must be swallowed whole. Dose modifications, including interruption or reduction to 50 mg daily, are required for specific toxicities such as differentiation syndrome, persistent hyperbilirubinemia, or other severe adverse reactions.
