Dosing Guidelines
Patients take Lynparza orally with or without food. Those with moderate renal impairment should reduce the dose to 200 mg twice daily. Dose interruptions or reductions are recommended for adverse reactions. Concurrent use with strong CYP3A inhibitors requires dose reduction to avoid increased toxicity.
