Cerezyme (Imiglucerase) Dosing and Administration Protocol

The recommended dosage of Cerezyme for Type 1 Gaucher disease is highly individualized, ranging from 2.5 units/kg administered three times a week to a higher dose of 60 units/kg administered once every two weeks.
