Dosage and Administration Guidelines for WELIREG

Recommended dose: 120 mg orally once daily.

Administration: With or without food, at the same time each day. Tablets should be swallowed whole, not chewed, crushed, or split.

Missed dose: Take as soon as possible on the same day. Resume regular schedule the next day. Do not take extra tablets.

Vomiting: Do not retake the dose. Take the next dose on the next day.

Duration: Until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Dose reductions for adverse reactions:

First reduction: 80 mg once daily.

Second reduction: 40 mg once daily.

Third reduction: Permanently discontinue.
