How should I use Cyramza(Ramucirumab)?

CYRAMZA dosing is indication-specific, with administration protocols designed to optimize efficacy and minimize toxicity.

Dosage and Administration

CYRAMZA is administered intravenously, with dosing regimens varying by cancer type and combination therapy. For gastric cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma, the recommended dose is 8 mg/kg every two weeks. In non-small cell lung cancer, 10 mg/kg is given every two weeks with erlotinib, or on day 1 of a 21-day cycle with docetaxel. For metastatic colorectal cancer, 8 mg/kg is administered every two weeks prior to FOLFIRI. Infusions are typically over 60 minutes, reduced to 30 minutes if tolerated. Premedication with a histamine-1 receptor antagonist is required before each infusion.
