How should I use Canakinumab(ILARIS)?

Dosage varies by indication, weight, and clinical response.
Weight- and Indication-Based Dosing Regimens

CAPS:

>40 kg: 150 mg SC every 8 weeks.

15–40 kg: 2 mg/kg SC every 8 weeks; may increase to 3 mg/kg if inadequate response.

TRAPS/HIDS/MKD/FMF:

>40 kg: 150 mg SC every 4 weeks; may escalate to 300 mg.

≤40 kg: 2 mg/kg SC every 4 weeks; may escalate to 4 mg/kg.

Still’s Disease (AOSD/SJIA): 4 mg/kg SC (max 300 mg) every 4 weeks for patients ≥7.5 kg.

Gout Flares: 150 mg SC once; re-treatment allowed ≥12 weeks later.
Dose adjustments are guided by clinical efficacy and tolerability.
