QALSODY™ is administered intrathecally in loading doses followed by maintenance doses, with careful attention to the timing between doses.

Dosage and Administration  

The recommended dose of QALSODY™ is 100 mg (15 mL) administered intrathecally. The treatment regimen starts with three loading doses, each given at 14-day intervals. After the loading phase, the patient should receive a maintenance dose every 28 days. If any doses are missed, they should be administered as soon as possible, with adjustments made based on whether the dose is a loading or maintenance. Aseptic technique should be used in preparation and administration, with the solution inspected for clarity and color prior to injection.
