The recommended dose of ELITEK® is 0.2 mg/kg, administered as an intravenous infusion over 30 minutes once daily for up to 5 days. 

Recommended Dosage and Administration

This dosage regimen is designed to manage elevated uric acid levels in patients undergoing anticancer therapy that may result in tumor lysis. ELITEK® must be reconstituted with the diluent provided, and the infusion must not be administered as a bolus. Dosing beyond 5 days or multiple courses of treatment are not recommended.
