Recommended Dosing Instructions

Eteplirsen is given once a week as an intravenous infusion. The recommended dosage is 30 mg/kg of body weight, infused over 35-60 minutes using an in-line 0.2 micron filter. Prior to administration, Eteplirsen must be diluted, and the solution should be visually inspected for particulate matter or discoloration. If a dose is missed, it should be administered as soon as possible
