How should I use this medicine?
ORENCIA dosage varies based on the patient’s condition, weight, and whether intravenous or subcutaneous administration is used.
Dosage and Administration of ORENCIA
For intravenous administration in RA and PsA, ORENCIA is given at 0, 2, and 4 weeks, then every 4 weeks thereafter. For subcutaneous use, adults should administer 125 mg weekly after an optional IV loading dose. Pediatric patients with pJIA or PsA are given 50-125 mg weekly based on their weight. In aGVHD prophylaxis, dosing varies by age and weight, with doses ranging from 10 mg/kg to 15 mg/kg.
