Common Adverse Reactions

The most prevalent adverse reactions associated with ONGENTYS, occurring in at least 4% of patients and more frequently than with placebo, include dyskinesia, constipation, increased blood creatine kinase, hypotension or syncope, and weight loss. Dyskinesia was also the most common reason for treatment discontinuation. Patients should be monitored for these and other potential side effects.
