Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (≥20%) include stomatitis, nausea, fatigue, decreased leukocytes, decreased calcium, alopecia, decreased lymphocytes, decreased hemoglobin, constipation, decreased neutrophils, dry eye, vomiting, increased ALT, keratitis, increased AST, and increased alkaline phosphatase. Serious risks include interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis, which can be fatal, ocular adverse reactions like keratitis and dry eye, and severe stomatitis. Permanent discontinuation may be necessary for Grade 3 or 4 events.
