Adverse Reactions
The most frequently reported adverse reactions, occurring in 10% or more of patients, are hypertension and diarrhea. Other common side effects (≥5%) include headache, nausea, fatigue, abdominal pain, vomiting, gastrointestinal erosion, dizziness, and dyspnea. Serious risks include an increased incidence of thrombotic vascular events such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and vascular access thrombosis. Hepatotoxicity, seizures, and serious gastrointestinal erosions have also been reported in clinical trials.
