Adverse Reactions

Common adverse reactions include nausea, dizziness, somnolence, insomnia, and constipation. In Parkinson's disease patients, hallucinations and dyskinesia are also frequently observed. For RLS patients, nausea, somnolence, and fatigue are prominent. Serious side effects may involve sudden sleep onset during daily activities, symptomatic orthostatic hypotension, and impulse control disorders such as compulsive behaviors.
