Vonjo(Pacritinib) Side Effects

The most frequently reported adverse reactions (occurring in ≥20% of patients) include diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, nausea, anemia, and peripheral edema. Serious adverse reactions can encompass significant hemorrhage, which has been fatal in some cases, severe diarrhea potentially leading to acute kidney injury, worsening thrombocytopenia, and prolongation of the QT interval. Other serious risks inferred from the class include major adverse cardiac events, thrombosis, secondary malignancies, and serious infections.
