Adverse Reactions

The most frequently observed adverse reactions are diarrhea, hepatotoxicity (manifesting as elevated liver enzymes), rash, fatigue, and nausea. Serious side effects requiring careful monitoring include hepatotoxicity, left ventricular dysfunction (reduced heart pump function), and interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis. Laboratory abnormalities may include decreased lymphocytes and increased liver transaminases. Management involves dose interruptions, reductions, or permanent discontinuation based on severity.
