Side Effects

The most frequently reported side effects across indications are anemia, nausea, pyrexia, increased alanine aminotransferase, cough, fatigue, headache, and diarrhea. Serious risks include hepatotoxicity, thrombotic events, and cataract formation. In clinical trials, some patients experienced elevated bilirubin or transaminases, requiring discontinuation. Pediatric patients showed similar profiles, with upper respiratory infections and rash being common. Regular monitoring is essential to manage these effects.
