Adverse Reactions

The most common adverse reactions (≥20%) include musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, rash, pruritus, and diarrhea. Serious immune-mediated adverse reactions can affect various organs, such as pneumonitis, colitis, hepatitis, endocrinopathies, nephritis, and myocarditis. Laboratory abnormalities commonly include decreased hemoglobin, lymphocytes, and sodium, along with increased AST and ALT. Management may require corticosteroids, treatment interruption, or permanent discontinuation.
