Safety Profile and Adverse Reactions

The most frequently reported adverse reactions include headache, palpitations, diarrhea, asthenia, and edema. Cardiovascular effects such as tachycardia, QT prolongation, and cases of pulmonary hypertension have been reported. There is an increased risk of bleeding, particularly when used concomitantly with aspirin. Other potential serious reactions include pulmonary toxicity (e.g., interstitial lung disease) and cardiovascular toxicity.
