Common and Serious Adverse Reactions

The most frequent side effects in adults with NSCLC are vision changes, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, swelling, elevated liver enzymes, fatigue, decreased appetite, and dizziness. In patients with ALCL, common reactions include diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, vision problems, headache, musculoskeletal pain, and stomatitis. Serious risks include hepatotoxicity, interstitial lung disease, QT prolongation, bradycardia, visual loss, and severe gastrointestinal toxicity in younger patients.
