Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions include hematologic toxicities such as neutropenia, leukopenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia. Other frequent side effects comprise infections, fatigue, nausea, stomatitis, diarrhea, alopecia, and elevated liver enzymes. When used in the triplet regimen with inavolisib and fulvestrant, additional common reactions include hyperglycemia, rash, decreased appetite, and electrolyte imbalances. Severe side effects can include febrile neutropenia and interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis.
