Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (occurring in ≥10% of patients) during 12 weeks of treatment with VOSEVI were headache, fatigue, diarrhea, and nausea. Most of these events were mild to moderate in severity. Serious adverse reactions include the risk of hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation in coinfected patients, hepatic decompensation in patients with advanced liver disease, and serious symptomatic bradycardia when coadministered with amiodarone.
