Nausea (10%).

Other Adverse Reactions (incidence ≥ 2%)

Diarrhea (4%), Headache (4%), Abdominal Pain (3%), Dyspepsia (3%), Fatigue (3%), Rash (3%), Sleep Disorders (3%), Immune Reconstitution Inflammatory Syndrome (IRIS) (2%), Somnolence (2%), Vomiting (2%).

Grade 3-4 Laboratory Abnormalities

Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) Elevation (5%), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) Elevation (4%), Direct Bilirubin Elevation (7%), Creatinine Elevation (19%), Cholesterol Elevation (5%), Triglycerides Elevation (5%).

Fostemsavir(Rukobia)
It is used for the treatment of adult patients with extensive treatment experience who are infected with multi-drug resistant HIV-1.
