Litfulo(Ritlecitinib) Side Effects

Ritlecitinib has shown good efficacy in hair regeneration, but there are also some side effects that need attention during use. These side effects are usually temporary and gradually subside or disappear after the start of treatment.

Side Effects of Ritlecitinib

The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥1%) are headache, diarrhea, acne, rash, urticaria, folliculitis, fever, atopic dermatitis, dizziness, elevated serum creatine phosphokinase, herpes zoster, decreased red blood cell count, and stomatitis.

Patients still need to pay close attention to possible side effects during medication, and seek medical attention promptly if any discomfort or severe side effects occur. Physician guidance and supervision are crucial to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of ritlecitinib use.
