Cyclogest(Progesterone) Side Effects
Progesterone suppositories are widely used in the treatment of gynecological
diseases such as menstrual disorders, luteal insufficiency, and threatened
abortion. Although they are highly effective, a series of side effects may occur
during their use.
The most commonly reported adverse reactions (occurring in more than 2% of cases) include post-oocyte retrieval pain, abdominal pain, nausea, and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
