Adverse Reactions
The most frequently reported adverse reactions (≥20%) include fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, diarrhea, COVID-19, bruising, and cough. Clinically significant serious reactions encompass infections (including fatal cases of pneumonia and sepsis), hemorrhage, cytopenias, cardiac arrhythmias (such as atrial fibrillation), the development of second primary malignancies, and hepatotoxicity. Grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities commonly include decreased neutrophil count, decreased platelet count, decreased hemoglobin, and decreased lymphocyte count.
