Adverse Reactions of Tazemetostat
The most common side effects of Tazemetostat (≥20%) in patients with epithelioid sarcoma are pain, fatigue, nausea, decreased appetite, vomiting, and constipation. In follicular lymphoma patients, fatigue, upper respiratory infections, musculoskeletal pain, and abdominal pain are frequent. Serious adverse reactions include the development of secondary malignancies, such as MDS and AML, and hematologic issues like neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and anemia. Patients should be monitored regularly for these risks.
