Adverse Reactions

The most frequently reported adverse reactions from clinical trials were nausea (11%) and headache (6%). Other less common reactions included vomiting, fatigue, dizziness, and asthenia. Postmarketing reports have also identified transient flu-like symptoms, hypersensitivity reactions, and injection site reactions such as pain, erythema, and pruritus.
