Common side effects of FASLODEX® include injection site pain, nausea, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain, while more serious effects like elevated hepatic enzymes may also occur.

Side Effects

The most common side effects of FASLODEX® (500 mg dose) include injection site pain, nausea, bone pain, arthralgia, headache, fatigue, back pain, and hot flashes. Other reported symptoms include vomiting, anorexia, musculoskeletal pain, cough, dyspnea, and constipation. Elevated hepatic enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP) were observed in over 15% of patients but were not dose-dependent. Serious side effects like liver dysfunction should be monitored, and the drug should be used cautiously in patients with preexisting liver conditions. For patients experiencing severe or persistent side effects, medical evaluation and management are recommended.
