Adverse Reactions
The most frequently observed adverse reactions (incidence ≥20%) include vomiting, nausea, fever, peripheral edema, anxiety, headache, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, hypophosphatemia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, and increased alanine aminotransferase. Serious but less common (<1%) reactions include anaphylaxis, hemolysis, and methemoglobinemia, which require immediate and permanent discontinuation of therapy.
