Dosage of ALDURAZYME®

The standard dosage of ALDURAZYME® for patients with MPS I is 0.58 mg/kg, administered once a week as an intravenous infusion. The dosage should be individualized based on the patient's clinical condition and response to treatment. Adjustments may be necessary in cases of hypersensitivity reactions or infusion-associated reactions (IARs). Prior to treatment, premedication with antihistamines (with or without antipyretics) is recommended to minimize infusion reactions. Medical monitoring and respiratory support should be readily available during the infusion, for patients with compromised respiratory function or other risk factors.
