Common Adverse Reactions

In clinical trials, the most frequently reported adverse reactions in patients treated with Eteplirsen were balance disorder and vomiting, each occurring in 38% of patients. Contact dermatitis was also observed in 25% of patients. In postmarketing observations, additional side effects such as bronchospasm, pyrexia, and dehydration have been reported. Due to the small sample size in studies, these rates may not fully reflect real-world frequencies
